By using our services, you acknowledge that no fiduciary, agency, or brokerage relationship is created between you and Hometown Homebuyers. We operate as direct buyers and do not provide real estate agent services.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sell property in your jurisdiction.

4. No Guarantee of Sale

While we strive to provide competitive offers, we do not guarantee that every property will receive an offer or that every transaction will close.

5. Offers

Offers made by Hometown Homebuyers are non-binding until accepted by both the property owner and Hometown Homebuyers. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify an offer at any time before acceptance. An accepted offer is subject to any additional terms agreed upon in writing between both parties.

6. Communications and 10DLC Compliance

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding your property inquiry. These messages may be automated. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
